Job Hazard Evaluation update
As from 01 March 2025, an updated OHF29 form should be completed and returned to JobHazardReferrals@admin.cam.ac.uk for all new starters and existing staff and students whose job role changes or there is a change in hazard exposure. Note: previous OHF29 forms submitted to OccHealth@admin.cam.ac.uk before 01 March 2025 will be dealt with via the previous process.
