The service is open Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 16.30 excluding bank holidays.

Occupational Health Service closure: 12th-23rd January 2026
The OHS will be closed for normal activity from 12 – 23 January 2026 inclusive for IT system development and essential training. The OHS willbe unable to offer any new appointments or accept any new referrals during this time. We will re-open on Monday, 26 January 2026 at 08:30.
During this time, the OHS will only be available to provide urgent high-risk services such as - needlestick injury / blood and body fluid exposure advice and other high-risk injury or ones that involve an exposure to chemical or biological hazards.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Where to get help while we are closed for normal activity:
To report an exposure to a biological / chemical agent or a recent sharps/splash during office hours (08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday) please contact the OHS
To report an incident outside of office hours – please follow local / departmental procedures

Out of hours:
- report the incident to your supervisor and DSO
- attend Addenbrooke’s or your nearest Emergency Department for assessment and advice
- contact OHS on the next working day for further assessment, follow up advice and treatment
